Some package design projects, such as those requested for Private Label or Foodservice customers, may bypass the Phase 1 submission process, as the steps required are not relevant and timing is often critical to ensure efficient inventory management during the changeover. For this type of project, we invite you to submit a PAF as the first step. You will then be contacted and asked to fill out a CPA for the project as well. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT NEW PRODUCT PAFS THROUGH THIS FORM.

New Product PACKAGING PAF Submission Form

This form is the official channel to submit a Project Approval Form (PAF) for new product PACKAGING ONLY to the Commercialization Team. Please fill out as much information as you are able and we will examine the project through the lens of the Stage Gate Process.
